Winter Conditioning


This year our professional strength and conditioning coach Mike Cieszkowski will have sessions available for all players on the following days and times.  All sessions and any changes will be noted on the Schedule page calendar.

 

Weightroom

    • Monday and Wednesday from 2:30-3:30 PM
    • Friday from 1:30-2:30 PM
 
Speed and Agility Training
    • Tuesday and Thursday from 2:30-3:30 PM
 

Each day at 2:30 PM, get together with all attending soccer players and find Coach Chez, or his associate, so that you all can condition together!

 

Overall, Coach Chez will work on all aspects of your physical well-being including basic conditioning, speed training, agility and quickness training, core strength exercises, and other work specifically targeted to strengthen those areas that will aid in injury prevention.

There will always be a spring sport specific workout listed on the whiteboard in the corner of the weightroom if you attend after 3:30 PM.
